Dr. Luttmann has been my cardiologist for about 30 years. I have a whole host of cardiac issues and history of procedures since 1981 in St. Louis. Here in RI, Dr. Luttmann has managed my cholesterol and kept me alive year after year with his expertise, knowledge, intelligence, and referrals.
