I found Dr. Zhao is very carring. I've been with her for about 5 or 6 years. I've had Parkinsons going on 16 years now. SHe helped get me appointments with the medical device manufacturer's engineer. So I would say that was going above and beyond. She has a somewhat direct quesitoning style that I guess might be seen as kurt. I have never felt it to be rude. I respect and trust her.
