Visit went very well, but getting the right medications scripts correctly written and sent to the pharmacy was extremely frustrating. After two weeks and too many calls in to the office, we finally got things sorted out. Thank you Carla, we appreciated your patience.It's a shame the patient had to call, and call, and call again to get his medications. Heart conditions are no joke and patients need their meds. We felt our patient rights and the doctor's responsibilities were not met this time. Hopefully next time things will go more smoothly.
