I saw Dr. Kelts after having a negative outcome due to eye surgery and was referred to him by the doctor who did my last eye surgery who felt I had a facial nerve disorder. I have had trouble keeping my eyelids open and was pretty much dismissed by the eye doctor. Dr. Kelts listened to everything I had to say, and since he had studied ophthomology, he understood my problem. He gave me some great tips for improving vision and stated what he thought the actual problem was, and it wasn't a facial nerve issue. I felt like he really cared about my situation, listened well, was objective and gave good advice on how to proceed to resolve my eye situation. If I had any other neurological problems, he'd be the doctor I would consult. Retired nurse gives 5 stars.
