I just wanted to take the time and thank this amazing Dr. I came into the ER late one night in SEVERE pain and needed emergency surgery. Dr. Gerrish (thank goodness) was there that night and was my surgeon. I don’t like to admit it much because it was a scary experience for me but I was very close to dying that night, in fact I probably should have. Dr Gerrish literally saved my life that night, I got through intensive surgery and was left with a catheter, 27 staples, two drains, and a stoma. After 6 weeks I’m back again and guess who I had for my stoma reversal surgery, Dr Gerrish. Yet again, just like the surgery that saved my life, this one turned out to be a success too. I am FOREVER grateful for Dr Gerrish!
