AEW STAFF: professional, polite, very friendly, considerate (day-after call to inquire about well-being), knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. DR. KOLNICK: top-notch credentials, decades of experience, superlative skills, wonderful bedside manner, very nice and humane with sense of humor, informative and very clear. RATING: above 5-star maximum in every respect, definitely “out-of-category.” AEW’S NEW TECHNOLOGIES: laser and 3-D x-rays, both of tremendous benefit to patient, absolute musts. MY ROOT CANAL: totally painless during and after; single session even for my molar; outmost comfort; feeling of blissful relaxation, relief and happiness as if being pampered in a spa (I may even have dozed off at one time). MISC.: easy scheduling, low wait time. RECOMMENDATION: AEW is worth the trip from however far.
