Dr Flechner comes in upbeat and friendly. When he arrives he knows my condition(s) even though I haven't seen him in 4 mon ths. He always arrives at my room on time. Today he was early. He wants to know how I am and the status of my current condition(s) and other things he has proposed. He is competent, experienced, and very knowledgeable. I feel that He's in the top 1% I highly recommend him.
