MD Bacon, was the providing physician at the Baptist ER facility in NLR, AR. Was polite, respectful and actioned my issues appropriately, kidney stones. However the supporting infrastructure was terrible, the worst ever experience. As a patient who was a Registered Nurse since 1981; worked in hospital settings since 1976. MD Bacon can't be blamed for arrogant, mindless staff, who appeared to lack basic skill sets. I wish her the best, given who she works with and perhaps who she works for.
