He explained all the options of hemorrhoid surgery for my brother who has a mental disability and performed the one that was the best match for him. He took his time to explain the procedure with several relatable analogies. He is very knowledgeable, has years of experience, great bedside manner, was very patient with all the questions and the results were exactly as expected ! To top it off, his MA Kayla is top notch ! She always returns calls, even on weekends if necessary, she answered all our questions, shared lots of suggestions to manage the symptoms before and after and explained in further details everything we needed to know , and did it all while being very sweet and patient. Best all around experience !
