Everything went very smoothly with the anesthesia and Dr Em procedure. I was well informed throughout each step of the procedure. However I was very disappointed in the waiting time. After over an hour in the waiting reception area I literally fell asleep waiting and did not immediately hear my name when called. Every other patient had already come and gone from the reception area while I was waiting so I was the only person left to call at that point. All patients should be forwarned about such a long waiting time so they could at least bring reading material to pass the time.
