My care provider is fantastic. I would not want to switch care providers due to the quality of care and how long I have been seeing this specialist. I have had changes with insurance (as many people have) and I have not felt listened to by the staff about working through them. This has significantly delayed my appointment and made me feel like I am not wanted as a patient unless I have high-end insurance. I have been told that it would be easier for me to just find another provider even though wait times for other providers are very long. I am very satisfied with the work done by the care team and the provider so would love if whoever helps support with the insurance piece could help support as well.
