Dr Pugh's dental practice offers superb care from start to finish: Congenial reception staff welcoming each patient (also confirming calendar via text), highly competent billing staff eliminating paperwork hassles, dental hygienists minimizing discomfort, skilled dentists efficiently restoring teeth to outstanding condition -- all provided with professional courtesy at competitive rates. What more could one hope for? The care extends beyond the patient to help others in dire need of dental attention. Dr Pugh treated a visitor to my home over July 4 weekend; In a separate incident when most dental offices close for the holiday, Dr Pugh's scheduler went beyond the call of duty to secure an emergency root canal for my daughter while she was visiting for Christmas The attitude of the entire crew in this office demonstrates exemplary care at a level worthy of emulation among a world of indifferent workers. Dr Pugh's practice continues to earn my family's trust and highest recommendations.
