He is extremely knowledgeable, matter-of-fact, gentle in demeanor & has soothing/calming effects despite the fact that I was diagnosed with rectal cancer ! Always answered my phone calls, effective and efficient to arrange 4 medical care & interpretation services during my stay @ MY Methodist Hospital. I recommended Dr. Xiao to my wife, my daughter and my son-in-law. My senior center friends and my daughter's doctor recommended Dr. Xiao to me in the first place. Very grateful towards Dr. Xiao!!!
