Unlike the personnel at some medical clinics that make a patient feel like just ' a number' rather than an individual, Dr. Li and all the professionals at CDH engaged personally with me, which helped me relax and feel less stressed about the colonoscopy I was undergoing. In addition, Dr. Li's office phoned me the next day to ask how I was feeling since having the procedure. I was impressed by that follow-up.
