She offers periodontal laser therapy and same day crowns.  Also root canals and crowns in one appointment. For dental fear patients, Dr. Palermo offers a genuine, caring attitude along with many innovative approaches.  All her patients are assured of a pleasant and painless as possible experience from the moment of their first appointment.  She spends time with her patients explaining how to recognize problems when they are small rather than waiting until they grow.  Dr. Palermo's personal dental fear drove her to conquer her own apprehension and help other dental patients conquer theirs.
